Celebrate
Art belongs in the middle of the celebration. Through live event painting, guest portraits, and commissioned artwork, I create meaningful pieces while becoming part of the day’s energy, laughter, and excitement. The experience is personal, interactive, and a whole lot of fun.
Every person and every story deserves to be included in the celebration. Whether I am capturing a wedding, painting guests, or creating something completely unique for the occasion, my goal is to make people feel seen, welcomed, and represented. The celebration may last a day, but the artwork carries the story forward.

Live Event Painting Packages
One original painting. One lasting memory.
Your celebration deserves more than a photograph. Live event painting transforms a meaningful moment from your day into an original work of art, created as the celebration unfolds around it.
Throughout the event, guests can watch the painting come to life, from the first marks on the canvas to the final details. The creative process becomes part of the entertainment, while the finished artwork becomes something deeply personal that you can take home, display, and enjoy long after the last guest has gone home.
Live painting brings art into your celebration:
Capture a meaningful moment - Choose a first kiss, first dance, ceremony, reception, or another scene that tells the story of your day.
Give your guests an experience - Guests can stop by, watch the painting develop, and see your celebration interpreted through an artist’s eyes in real time.
Take home an original work of art - Your finished painting is more than event décor or a keepsake. It is an original artwork created specifically for you, inspired by the people, atmosphere, and energy of your celebration.

A minimum 5 × 5-foot workspace, one small table, and access to a standard electrical outlet are required.
Please choose a location away from the DJ, speakers, dance floor, or other high-traffic areas (sorry!). Loud vibrations and constant foot traffic can affect the painting while it's being created.

For bookings lasting more than four hours, a vendor meal is requested so I can remain on-site and continue painting throughout the event.
Based in Northwest Florida and available for travel throughout the United States. Travel, lodging, parking, and other event-related expenses are quoted separately when applicable.
Shipping and insurance are not included in package pricing and are calculated separately based on the size of the finished artwork and its destination.
Every painting receives additional studio refinement after the event to enhance color, depth, and detail before delivery.
Because each painting is created in oil, a final archival varnish is applied after the artwork has fully cured, approximately six months after completion. Details for this complimentary finishing service will be provided with your painting.

I create artwork for weddings, anniversaries, milestone celebrations, corporate events, galas, fundraisers, festivals, community events, retirement celebrations, award ceremonies, grand openings, holiday parties, and many other special occasions.

Every artist has a unique style. Many live event painters specialize in entertainment. I offer that experience, but I also bring the training and craftsmanship of a professional fine artist.
As a college instructor in drawing and painting, I teach the same principles of composition, color, light, perspective, and observation that guide my own studio practice. Every painting is built on those fundamentals, resulting in artwork that is thoughtfully designed, technically sound, and created to be enjoyed for generations.
Just as importantly, I believe the experience should be just as memorable as the finished painting. Whether I'm creating live guest portraits or painting a large canvas during your event, I enjoy meeting people, sharing the creative process, and making guests feel welcome, included, and part of the artwork's story.

Live guest portrait packages begin at $1,200, and live event painting packages begin at $1,700.
Every event is unique, so I'll prepare a personalized quote based on:
Your event type
Event location
Event date
Estimated guest count (for guest portraits)
Your preferred package or canvas size
Any travel or special requests
-
To reserve your event date, I recommend reaching out at least 30 days in advance to allow plenty of time for planning and preparation. Popular weekends and holiday dates often book several months ahead, so the earlier you contact me, the better.
Once we confirm the details of your event, I’ll provide an agreement outlining the services and expectations. Your date is officially reserved once the agreement is signed and the 50% deposit is received. The remaining balance is due in full two weeks before the event date

Can you provide both live guest portraits and a live event painting?
At this time, I offer either live guest portraits or live event painting during the same event.
If you'd like both, many clients choose live guest portraits during the celebration and commission a larger studio painting afterward. This gives each artwork the time and attention it deserves.
-
I use professional-grade, archival-quality materials selected for both beauty and longevity.

I paint throughout your scheduled booking time, and the final number of portraits depends on guest participation, the pace of the event, and whether guests request individual or couple portraits.
If your goal is to have every guest receive a portrait, I'll help you choose a package with enough painting time to best match your guest count.
I believe everyone deserves to have their picture done so anyone that I am unable to complete, I will do in studio and have sent out within 2 weeks after the event.
-
The right size depends on how you plan to display your painting. If you'd like it to serve as a statement piece or the focal point of a room, consider choosing one of the larger canvas options.
The artist will determine whether the composition is best suited for a portrait (vertical) or landscape (horizontal) orientation based on the event scene, unless you have a specific preference.
